The 2 rooms that were requested were not as asked. One room wasnt cleaned, still dirty. Was told about another room being available and was not. Asked for extra pillows and blankets and never received them.

It was truly a home away from home setting. The room was clean and kitchen was fully equipped. Everything was great. Thank you for making us comfortable.

The staff were friendly and the location is right next to the American dream mall. The beds are very comfortable. Tv is good. The heat and AC work very well.Everything is really in need of an overhaul. A rusty microwave. permanent stains in the bathtub damaged walls covered in spackle only. Some of the lights work some don’t.
