My cozy home 20 mins from NYC 2nd floor appartment

You will be staying in your private apartment. This is a two family house. You have access to everything in the apartment. It has two separate bedrooms, private parking is available, Directvnow and wifi. PLUS Netflix. There is a full size bed, FOUR twin size beds and a sofa bed. that has a memory foam mattress. (all extremely comfortable with lots of pillows) I also have an air mattress if needed. The apartment fits 4 people with beds plus a few more on an air mattress.

First 4 people will be accommodated.

Any extra guest is $20 per person per night
$45 cleaning FEE

Nice stay
This home was clean however not well equipped. It had its faults biggest ones bedroom was up a very steep set of stairs and you also enter into home to up stairs. If main floor entry is your thing might want a different option. Other then that was a nice place to stay very convenient, very nice area and close to stores.
