From check in, everything was fine. When I arrived to the room, there was a mormon bible im the drawers proving to me they do not deep clean. And residue and stains on a couple of the furniture items. There was throw up in one of the elevators and took more than an hour to clean it up from when i intially complained about it. When at the pool i asked for towels before going in, i waited an hour for towels after i notified front desk and ended up having to freeze going to the gym for towels. Lastly, breakfast was alright, did not like how eggs were always the main course other than oatmeal, cereal and bagels. A waffel option wouldve been nice. Overall one of the worst hotel stays ive had.

Let’s start with the positive shall we… we booked 2 rooms for 6 people, including 2 toddlers 3 & 5. We took a red eye from LAX to EWR so the babies will sleep through the flight. When we arrived at the hotel it was about 9am and they let us check right in! The room size are large, extremely comfortable. We were all so tired so it started off very promising. Well we walked into our room and it had been untouched by housekeeping from the previous guest. We were immediately switched to a different room. Perfect. There was a notice under the door that said water off from 9a- 1pm the following day (Friday). No problem.Well Saturday and Sunday we had no hot water…. Still waiting for the person that was sent to come “take a look” to arrive. We also requested towels because although there was 4 of us in the room, listed on the reservation we continued to receive 2 face cloths and 3 towels. THEY REFUSED MY HUSBAND TOWELS because I requested housekeeping for the NEXT DAY. So we shared towels with the toddlers(ew). So beside the no hot water when it’s 20 degrees outside and the lack of towels and very low sense of urgency, the stay was pleasant.

Received a letter in our room 3 hours after arriving stating, “from 8am-12pm, we will not have water because of maintenance.” Nobody warned us before booking of this inconvenience which ultimately impacted the purpose of our trip. Then, water turned gray, then shut off at 1am the following night.

Tiny towels but overall nice stay.

Overall, a very comfortable and nice stay for 3 nights. A few things that need improvement.... The fridge didn't get cold even with the light switch on and the towels were super thin, hard and tiny. I am a size 8 women's and can barely get it around my body. Getting in and out of the hotel was interesting as the road did not allow left turns into the facility. Had to loop around Everytime we returned to the hotel.

Property was nice and clean l. Only thing I didn’t like that pool is very small.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Was a nice set up, nothing fancy.. the pool was smaller than expected and the workout facility wasn’t much but it was a good 5 minute drive from the mall and other great food spots.
