Horrible

No one knows what is going on. The rooms smelled like mold. They lied stated they had shuttles they don’t have shuttles. The bathroom has a tacky no privacy barn door. The air conditioner doesn’t work and blows out air that smells like feet and mold. The house keeper was nice front staff wasn’t nice and not helpful. They also have a third party charging you a ridiculous amount for parking. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Front desk was great. Property was clean for the most part. Great esthetic and amenities. However house keeping did not replenish our towels wash clothes and bedding. May have been due a conflict with their schedule and us occupying the room until around 11:30 am however was not done. Other than that the stay was great!

Everything was perfect with the exception of the linens and the shower. The washcloths and towels were very worn and did not look very useable. This hotel hires an external parking vendor to manage their parking. There’s an app and they don’t tell you how much you’re going to be charged, they just ask you to blindly put a credit card in. If you don’t do that, they put a ticket on your vehicle letting you know you violated their parking terms. They also never mention this at check-in, it’s just a small sign on the desk. Makes me never want to choose a Marriott property again. The rooms were also not the cleanest, mold around the nightstand. Floors have not been washed in a long time. Stains on couches and headboards. Too many other options in the area, choose somewhere better.

The hotel was super clean, which we really appreciated, and the staff were all incredibly nice and helpful eally made us feel welcome. Shout out to Christian ! The location is perfect, right next to American Dream Mall, so it was super easy to get to shopping, food, and activities for the kids. Parking was just $10 a day and really convenient. Our room had everything we needed in terms of amenities, and the pool was a big hit with the kids! Overall, it was really comfortable and family-friendly. Only small downside was that breakfast ends kind of early (6am to 9am), which was a bit tough with little ones who sleep in. Would’ve loved an extra hour! Other than that, everything was great we’d definitely stay here again!

Hoping the quality of this place does not go down

My room was fine overall but the fridge was leaking. Also, my daughter’s air conditioning (in another room) did not work. When she notified staff they said they’d bring her a fan which they never did, nor did they follow up with her.
