Wont go vack! It was my third time there. The location was great, a bit far from the crowded, yet very convenient for shopping. However, the manager was mean, and have a very cold serious look, didn't let me change the room when i checked in or did any accommodating even i told him that i would stay for 6 nights. To my big surprise and upset, he didnt let me store a luggage even for one night when i checked out, very inconsiderate, it ruined my plan, no, never go gack!

Do not let the other reviews and photos fool you - we had a horrible experience at this hotel and we will never return. The building is very old and dated. The rooms give you the biggest icky feeling. The shower is what drove us out of the hotel. The bathroom itself was not clean and there were molds in the shower. My father took a shower and realized there is no hot water so I called the front desk to inform them. It shocked us all when he told us that we just need to turn on the hot water by the sink and let it run for 10 mins and we’ll get hot water in the shower. Not to mention that the shower knob came loose and the front desk told me “oh, that’s just for decoration, you don’t have to worry about that”. We booked two rooms and both had the same issues. Not to mention the rest of the room is old and dirty. Carpets had stains, wallpapers peeling, and bed sheets had previous customers’ hair on them. We initially booked for 11 nights and we knew we couldn’t stay there any longer so we spoke with the manager and left this place to a better hotel. This hotel caters to group tours which may be okay for them but do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you’re looking for a nice and comfortable stay.

Decent Budget Stay with Room for Improvement – ★★★☆☆ Stayed at Best Western Plus Tsim Sha Tsui for a few nights. The location is definitely the highlight — right in the heart of Kowloon with easy access to MTR, buses, and taxis or Uber right at the doorstep. For the price, it’s a fair deal, especially if you’re not too picky and just need a place to crash. That said, the room itself left a lot to be desired. The windows were oddly placed high up and looked out onto nothing, which made the space feel more cramped. The bed was quite small for two people, and the room overall felt tight. Cleanliness was just about acceptable — not spotless, but tolerable. Several fixtures were in poor condition: the water kettle had a broken lid, the toilet seat felt like it was on its last legs, and most of the furnishings seemed overdue for replacement or upgrade. If you’re traveling on a tight budget and prioritize location over comfort, this place might work. But if you’re looking for a more comfortable or modern stay, you may want to explore other options.

Room was new and I cannot fault it, except, toilet paper was in a box on the table (there was none in the usual place) and the shower drain cover was detached. On one occasion, the corridor outside my room was slightly untidy and dirty, due to housekeeping logistics. Also, a neighbour came back at 1am and made significant noise with their door. Overall, the hotel was amazing value and staff made me feel welcome.

Staff was accomodating and let us check in an hour early. Housekeeping staff was attentive to change out towels and clean. Plumbing was very noisy, especially starting about 6am each morning. Toilet did not always flush completely. We never could figure out how to get any channels on the TV - no instructions (we could have asked, but didn't). Given that our reservation was for 8 days, I feel we should not have been given a room right across from the housekeeping closet. It started to get noisy in the hallway early. The location was very convenient for us. We would stay there again.
