Room very clean. Check in staff was very efficient and fast. Bad things were another key card was needed to keep air con running in room and was not provided. And shower water pressure was a bit low. Breakfast was good but needed extra staff to clear empty plates for the extra people; surely you can see that from the rooms occupancy or booking surge during chinese new year.

Great service! I left KL for four days and was returning to Aloft and they held my luggage instead of relying on 3rd party storage. Their breakfast was also incredible, so much variety.

The room was okay . The towels were old and ripping on the edges . The rug in the room was old and didn’t look appealing. The bathroom was also old . The sink was not draining . When I called someone came and plunged it for it to drain .

Dissapointed by service and quality of XYZ restaurant. Service was so slow I had to leave without reciving what Id ordered and they have refused to give a refund. Poor area is dated and showing lots of wear which I wouldnt expect for this calibre of property.

Great location next to Sentral station and Nu shopping centre with easy access by internal walk through. Had 3 in a loft room. Sofa bed took up most space downstairs, but it worked for us. Lucky there is a toilet upstairs. Big bathroom otherwise facilities average for large hotel. The upstairs bar and pool did not give me the 'vibe' so didn't go there. Gym average size not that big, restaurant only frequented for buffet brekky was decent size but still queued one morning, otherwise good for family vacation. Wifi pretty good to me. But best of all is location although there are a few other hotels around to choose form like Hilton and Le Meridien. Aloft is Marriott. From and to airport on train very convenient. And if you have MAS flight as we did can check in there too.

The location of this hotel is 100 out of a 100. Express train direct from the airport to KL sentral where the hotel connects to without going outside on the street. Staff are extremely friendly. Hotel is clean and very well maintained. I'll recommend my families to stay here if they go to KL. KL sentral has all the transportation connections and it's a big shopping mall as well. Same can be said to Hilton and meridian, cost a bit more.

We had a great experience staying at Aloft Sentral. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options and good quality food – easily one of the highlights of our stay. The location is fantastic. Being connected to the shopping mall and having direct access to the monorail made getting around Kuala Lumpur incredibly easy and convenient. It’s a very central base, especially for first-time visitors. The staff were outstanding – super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were both in great condition, clean, modern, and comfortable. Overall, this hotel offered excellent value and comfort, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting KL.
