Air conditioner performed poorly. Elevator card key was a major annoyance requiring multiple efforts to work. Loud motorcycles on the street outside my window all night long. No bottled water, only tap water (allegedly filtered). Staff was very friendly and kind but the other issues overshadowed their hospitality.

Wonderful staff and great food!

The hotel was not recently renovated. It is well-maintained and very clean. We were so impressed with the kind staff and the excellent food! The location is also good because it was easy to get to the city center by taxi. This was a lovely stay

The property is amazing for short or long stays. We stayed with our kids and all had an amazing time. The only drawback is that its 10-15 minutes walk from the train station but you can always order a ride. They have great breakfast and pool at hotel
