This is our second stay at the Bene hotel. Very pleasant place to stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has housekeeping every day. The restaurant has well priced food and good. The whole experience both times was great.

I really enjoyes staying here. The staff was incredible and attentive. The hotel and rooms were modern and comfortable. Dining was great and reasonable plus the buffet breakfast was filling. Everything you could want was in walking distance with many options to choose from. i’d have no problem staying here again on my next trip.

Cheaper with all the Perks.

I’ve stayed at the Bene Hotel many times over the years. Recently returned and found it to be a big improvement all round. Staff are well dressed and well presented with a professional, friendly manner. Bene is on the edge of Kuta/Legian close to everything, tucked away down a quiet lane, minutes walk to the beach, quick motor bike ride to Seminyak, Canggu little further, I like swimming so the pool suits me for morning laps. Poolside room is fab at a very cheap rate compared to many other rooms poolside. Attracts, singles, couples, families. If you’re looking for a convenient spot to stay away from the business this is perfect. Scooter hire available or download the Gojek app, scooters are super cheap, example from Bene to Seminyak, approximately Rp13,000 - $1. Breakfast is fresh with local dishes being my favourite, bakso soup, leak porridge soup, Capcay, mie goreng, western choices. Nice to be back for a few days.

It was amazing. The only negative was that even though I was in continuous touch with them, they gave the room to someone else when I reached there. I had a child and so I opted for Single large bed. But they gave us 2 single bed room which was very uncomfortable given we were 3 people. Even though they gave the Single bed room the next day, but we had to go through check-out and check-in process. So we had remove our things at 12 PM and got the new room 3 PM. So had to wait for 3 hours. Otherwise the hotel was very good, especially their buffet breakfast.

It is great value for money.. position is perfect.. down a quiet alley but in the heart of good food, massages and bars. Breakfast is great and staff are excellent at meeting your needs. Pool rooms give you easy access to swimming and sun lounges. Will definitely be back!!

Overall, we had a good experience, the staff were very helpful, and location was great. Nice pool area, but it could do will a regular clearing of used glasses and rubbish as it could build up at times. Room was clean and any calls to reception were addressed very quickly. I would stay again.

Hotel Bene was good for a smaller quiet hotel a bit away from the action. We stayed in a royal suite 2 bedroom which was very spacious. The first one we were allocated had patchy wifi and a bad smell in the bathroom but they happily moved us after day 2. The breakfast was ok but limited in options for a buffet and ran out of butter for 2 mornings. Overall I would recommend this hotel for the price and room size.
