The staff was very accommodating and attentive. The room was clean with an excellent view of the lake and mountains. I will definitely be going back.

The guests customer experience was great! The Lake view from our room of course is a huge plus. We love Louiza restaurant, the foods were great and our server Claudia was exceptional. I love the Alpine Social too, very chill. The Lakeview Lodge hmmm...except for the view, isn't what I expected. Would definitely come back again! Really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic hotel! Front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly . Room was well appointed and we were lucky to get a room with a fantastic view of lake Louise . Tried 3 of the hotel’s restaurants and they were all excellent . Lots of things to do within and outside of the hotel premises with events going on! Will be back!
