We booked a spacious room in the main building which was very comfortable. Weirdly the cables on the kettle and coffee machine were too short to reach the socket by the surface but we improvised. The pool and hot tubs were great and the dining options in the two restaurants were very good. A great stay.

Everyone at Lake Louise Inn is so friendly, helpful, and just overall wonderful. I would not go out of my way for writing a review ever but the staff was so outstanding I felt like they need all the love. The food at both restaurants was great and they really go out of their way to help, whether it’s activities for kids or offering to box up something for lunch it was wonderfully thoughtful and I would not have expected it. If I ever make it back to Banff it will be here I stay and here I recommend.

A junior Suite we booked was just a studio, not even have a room, but was more expensive than a two queen beds room. The shuttle service was good, but $70-$90 for a 25minutes ride is a rip off. I just leaned that public shuttle service only costs $8

Staff was helpful. Overall an average property but its near Lake Louise. We stayed in bldg 5 that is renovated and its near Lake Louise. Early in the morning there are no shuttles that will take you to Lake Louise and finding a parking at Lake Louise is a struggle if you do not get their before 6am. We ate at their Timberwolf PIzza and Pasta place. Pizza's were good.

Fantastic!

The hotel was wonderful! It was very convenient to have the bus to lake louise and moraine pick us up at the Inn. No stress! The restaurants were great with great waiters! I only wish the entertainment had shown up on Friday and Saturday night. We were looking forward to that. Overall we had a fantastic time!

Excellent hotel

This hotel was everything we were looking for. Let’s start with an amazing location for visiting moraine and lake Louise. Absolutely perfect. The hotel provides an excellent shuttle service which is on time and very convenient. Room was well appointed and had everything we need. One small gripe was that there was an annoying tapping sound from the pipes I think but after long days we got over it. Well equipped kitchen and restaurants did take outs which suited us. Overall an exceptional stay with super helpful staff. Highly recommend
