We liked the location, with being just minutes away by foot from shoppping and restaurants, and parking was very convenient. The rooms were very nice, clean and quiet. We also enjoyed the rooftop hot pools. There's really nothing that we disliked about this hotel.

Nice hotel in the heart of Banff. Clean, cozy, smells of firewood when you walk in. Easy and free parking, staff were lovely. Nice hot tubs on rooftop making for beautiful views. We stayed in a main floor room and it was a bit noisy as there were trucks parked outside our room. Fridge in room, lemongrass smelling Rocky Mountain soap products and loads of towels in bathroom. Would stay there again but ask for a higher floor.

Great Stay with or without kids. Solid pool and hot tub, great service, clean room and a 2-5 min walk to the heart of downtown. While just being away from all the noise at night. You can’t ask for more. Will stay again without hesitation.

We really enjoyed the hot pools on the rooftop. They also have a wood fireplace in lobby that is on all the time, so after walking Banff ace you can come in and warm up by the fireplace. Would absolutely book again in the future. The underground parking is also awesome.
