Property is very nice and stuff is super friendly. Highly appreciated free bus tickets , that was nice touch from hotel . The only comment I can make is that overall prices for accommodation in Banff are super high, I understand that June offers relatively good weather for hiking, still everything is more than doubled in price.

The property is showing signs of age and needs a facelift. Nothing major just cosmetics. Everyone was attentive. Very quiet and underground parking was plentiful and spacious.

Property is outdated and in need of a fresh up. No meal service. The most expensive hotel I have ever stayed at for the condition of the property. The hotel was clean and fairly convenient to town with public transportation.

The Rundlestone was excellent. The staff was very welcoming, helpful, patient and polite. The accommodations were exactly as advertised. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub areas were clean and well maintained. I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend The Rundlestone if you’re planning to stay in Banff!
