There was no hot water in the shower and the body soap dispenser was empty. The room was very noisy both from traffic and neighbours in other rooms. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Parking is good. Room quality was ok but bathroom super tiny and road noise is immense as it is on a busy road. People smoking in the non smoking area as you enter from car parking and the smoke wafts inside.

Easy access to town, our room on 1st floor beside laundry room and car park , very nosey from 7am onwards. Not ideal if looking to sleep in a little later, other than that every thing was great.

room was nice, if not a little small. The layout is more of a motel feel though, and not really what you expect from a mercure hotel. Coffee machine in the breakfast room could do with an upgrade.
