Helpful staff, clean rooms, loved the still and sparkeling water fountains. It’s close to a central underground line and it’s easy to walk to the V&A museum and the natural history museum. There is a grocery store around the corner and an urgent care down the street.

Staff were nice can’t fault the place for the price we upgraded for a bigger room which if that was the bigger room I’d fear to see the smaller one. But other than that stay was fine for the price and easy to travel around London with the underground near by.

Great location, convenient to local cafes, restaurants, museums, and the subway. Clean, spotless room. Courteous helpful staff. We made ample use of the free coffee machine in the lobby. Overall a good deal and I'd stay there again. The bathrooms have US-type A/B wall power outlets (120V/60Hz) but the bedroom did not, so we were happy to have brought a type G converter (230V/50Hz). Ours was a multiweek travel and we had more than minimal luggage. There is no elevator so you need to lug it up the stairs to your room.

The room they gave me on the Lower Ground level must have been directly under reception, because there was constant stomping above me through all hours of the night. I didn't get to sleep until almost 3am.

Visually, this hotel is absolute heaven—modern, colourful, and perfectly located. However, the stay was ruined by loud construction noise starting at 9:00 AM and the presence of contractors in the lobby. While reception did sort out the noise promptly after I complained, I was highly disappointed that such a disturbance occurred at all. Considering the high standard this hotel portrays, guests should not have to ask for basic peace and quiet.

The hotel was fine and clean, the zone full of shops and places to eat + a subway station. A plus is the coffee machine in the lobby.. But the only thing to take into consideration is that the rooms are accesible by stairs.

I stayed in the single room with no window which is down a flight of stairs ( essentially finished basement) It was impeccably clean with modern decor & all amenities. Tv, safe, mirror, hair dryer, desk. My only complaint was it was super noisy in the AM ( think it was the cleaning crew vacuum). For the price & the perfect location it was worth it since I only slept/showered there. The staff was friendly & helpful. Felt safe walking home at night in the neighborhood. Cute cafes & bars nearby.
