Staff very polite and helpful. Provided a good base for our overnight visit to London with our son. He was happy he had his own double bed, nice touch with a fridge to keep our drinks cool, and a powerful fan to keep us all cool!

Nice location, and low price for Hammersmith, but the hotel looks its age. Rooms are clean but very spartan with worn paint, furniture, etc. No AC either. Hot water did not work in the shower. We booked only for one night as it was close to where we were going, but probably would not recommend for a longer stay.

One if the hottest days of the year and there was no air con or even fan. The fridge was hot. The window opened about one and a half inches. The shower doors are incompatible with a six foot four wide shouldered, gentlemen. The toilet seat was hanging off. The decoration wasn't finished; had literally run out of paint over the bathroom door. This was in room 32. Woken up by men working on the building. Overall, a dismal experience.
