Beautiful property. Very clean. Rooms are comfortable and classically styled with quality finishes. Sprawling building so it is a bit tricky to navigate.

Good, clean hotel facility in comparison to the slightly cheaper options in London like the ho Joe, Motel 6 or sandman. Slightly out of way of the down town core. The advantage here is that the area is not completely over run with drug addicts like the sand man and armouries are. You are also close to some really good food options, we hit the Banh mi spot about 10 mins anway and it was solid. Hidden and strange drive way entrance with that weird hill which my wife m shad concerns driving down during a snow storm. Breakfast offering was 25 dollars and we certainly chose something else. At 220 a night I certainly expected a free breakfast. Overall great experience.

I'm so happy to have found this property on Trip Advisor. It's a cinference centre owned by Western that rents rooms when they're not being used by conferees. Staff were wonderful. The building is big so there was a long walk from reception to my room. The room was clean and had a fridge. A bottle of water would have been nice. Shampoo, conditionner, shower gel and lotion were provided along with a hair dryer. The room was stifling hot when i arrived, so i opened the windows. The heat can be turned off but I wasn't comfortable leaving windows unlocked or open as i was at ground level. Bed was comfortable. Fitness room is incredible! Very close to University Hospital. Would definitely stay again but would bring a fan.

This property has a lot of character because it had many uses and so it has more modern areas and older area areas some of which have doors that are floor to ceiling. It is a very lovely place quite large and the staff was very friendly.
