Location is ideal short stroll to all the highlights in Queenstown. The apartments themselves are clean and tidy, however they are very noisy. People partying and loud speaking people can be irritating as you can hear everything.

This propert has black stuff leaking out of the power points. Couldn’t believe I had to pay $15 for parking. Paid $289 for a cold damp room! Beds were made weird and lumpy. Shower had mould and rotting around the bottom of it. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. Layers of dust and crap around the washing machine area. Won’t be back at all. The Indian man at reception had no personality and was abrupt and rude.

The hotel/motel charge extra $15.00 for the carpark, which we didn’t get notified when we make the booking. We have booked the tour thru the hotel, they took the $50 booking discount from the tour company, only give us $20 discount, the other $30 ask us to pay cash to them, which is so hilarious. The room is average, not very clean either. This was the most unpleasant travel experience I had in the past 16 years in NZ.

Over priced stay

This place needs some maintenance. There is mild in the shower and the shower walls have cracks a rooted bits at the bottom. Needs the lights changed and updated. For the money we paid it was substandard and we would not stay there again.
