Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome great communication - housekeeping continuously asked if we needed anything extra or to be done - we were there for a wedding and management were happy to allow an extra person (groom) to stay overnight and to use a car park for the day - Apartment was comfortable and spacious - carpet a little old needing a good clean or replacing but no problems otherwise - great facilities - the property was in an excellent central location of Queenstown so close to everything. Plenty of brochures and information in the foyer.
