Stock for very nice and helpful. I had a single room and it is very small. Perfectly adequate as I was only here to sleep. I was very surprised that when I came back on my second day, later at night, the room had not been cleaned. The bedside light is great, but they’ll need to leave instructions on how to work it!

Lovely, clean, comfortable room in an ideal location for our stay. Lovely, welcoming staff and excellent customer service. The breakfast was nice too, and regularly replaced items made it hot and fresh. Would recommend staying here again.

Nothing deluxe about our deluxe double room 411. Poor layout, no space around the bed which was against exterior wall. Top of the wardrobe covered in heavy dust. Hot water control erratic in shower scalding hot or cold. Fridge in room didn't chill drinks in 2 days. Bar was never open, no facilities better to add some vending machines. Staff were friendly. Would never return, felt hotel description was very misleading - Nothing Grand!

The location was good, close to Paddington Station and lot of small restaurants and stores. But the hotel room was very small. The entry way to the room and elevator had an old place odor. a/c did not work. It was hot although it was nice and cool outside. They did not clean the room the second day because we had not pushed the person button, which we did not know. We thought they will clean my default.
