Thw staff were very nice and helpful but the hotel itself was nothing to write hime about except it was close to the airport. I think we booked the wrong Premier Airport hotel. Anyhow it was just for 1 night.

The staff were great. The building was poorly maintained and the lobby dark and damp. The staff did the best with what they had to work with. The restaurant was clean and the food very good. Again the staff over compensated for the building’s shortcomings. Make sure to factor in transportation costs to and from the hotel, as there is no shuttle.

Staff was amazing. Room was in good condition. Had an amazing curry dinner with my husband and daughter. Lots of people around and everyone staying there seemed happy. Good place to stay if you need an airport close to Heathrow for an early morning flight, like we had.

Everything was great except the online booking and being charged twice because expedia or premier inns does not provide clear information on the location of their hotels. I was charged twice for a room because i booked at a differnt location and arrive and stayed at another. Expedia nor premier eould transfer the reservation of refund the money. This is too bad becsuse the service is excellent Kevin
