There was an issue all day and night with a fire door alarm that kept going off. There is not a chair in the room so could only sit on bed and not work on computer. Unable to adjust aircon in room so was very cold. Spotless cleanliness. Lovely staff. A lovely quiet area, just very disturbed by door alarm when sleeping.

A must stay.

In aa month of travel this was by far the nicest hotel, room and staff that we encountered by far. Usually when you stay you have one or two things you feel the accommodation might improve on. This hotel was perfect for us in every way.

Very pleasant stay, once we checked in shown to room which was not suitable because our child requires a bed. Thought would not be a problem for a roll away bed but the property does not have them

the property was incredibly clean and very stylish. The only problem I can foresee is the carpark is quite small but street parking is available. Very convenient location to supermarket, car chargers, restaurants and very quiet. Loved the shower. Staff incredibly friendly.

A whiff of success ?

Very good stay, the room was comfortable and clean, great shower. Only negative was the odour, I understand they are a newly opened establishment and that there are some teething problems with the drains, hopefully they can get these sorted out soon as they were all very helpful and friendly, I would really like to see them succeed. Would definitely stay there again - if the smell is resolved.

Lovely size room with good size shower in bathroom. We book king size room. All look fairly new build and decorated. Coffee sugar and water in room with milk in fridge however no tea bags.Car park to the back of the property. We paid for Breakfast when booking, although when offered breakfast it was an alternative full english which contains chicken sausages and turkey bacon.I found that the breakfast was cold only the toast seem hot. Would of like cereal or yogurt with fruit as the breakfast seem to be expensive for what you get.

A really great hotel stay

What a lovely place to stay. Clean, new and stylish. The staff are friendly and courteous. The mattress and pillows are really comfy. I would definitely stay again. If there was a better choice of coffee, milk etc and the top prize in hotel rooms, a biscuit then this would be perfect.
