Lots Of Problems , I asked about Leaving suitcases they said I had To Book which was going to Cost £25, This is Ridiculous Most Hotels will look after Luggage with No Extra Charge , The Room itself was shocking it was Supposed to be Delux -It was Nothing More than a Dingy Bedsit , No Tea making Facilities , No Remote Control for TV , bathroom was So Small You Couldnt use the Toilet without Hitting the Sink , There was a Heater Pump outside the Bedroom Window Making Sleep Imposssible , It Felt Like some of the Floor Boards were broken as they moved when walked on , This Hotel Needs Inspecting

I booked a "deluxe double" room, which was smaller than the interior of a minibus. The paintwork on the walls was falling off, mould in the bathroom. The springs in the mattress could be felt just by touch, never mind sitting or laying on the bed. The room was not soundproof, traffic, pedestrians and birds could be heard out of the window and the blind was non adjustable, so no natural light was let into the room. No towels, soap, toiletries, kettle, cups, tea coffee etc were in the room, although towels were available if we asked nicely at reception. There was a fridge, although we didnt use it. A very small wardrobe, big enough for 3 coats and a couple of pairs of footwear, but you had to climb over the bed to get to one side of the bed, as the wardrobe obscured the access to that part of the room. The "ensuite" was small, 2ft wide by 6ft long, you needed to pivot to sit on the toilet seat. No mention on the website of a cost to use the luggage room, £12 for 2 cases, the receptionist demanded to see our phone for booking receipt. A receipt that was sent to a temporary email address. It claimed we had until 3pm the following day to leave our luggage, yet the following day, we encountered a problem as the same receptionist refused to allow our luggage back into the room, saying our booking was for "one day only". A story which changed twice, from 1 day, to 24hrs, to the day you checked in only. A very poor experience and i would discourage anyone from using this hotel.

I got 'upgraded' from a single room, to a double. No kettle, tea/coffee supplies or hairdryer despite the room supposedly having these when booking. Window propped open by a block and wouldn't shut properly, so quite noisy.

This hotel is NOT as advertised. The pictures are not of the same hotel. FALSE ADVERTSISING - and expedia refuses to refund me. The rooms are tiny, and the bathrooms are even smaller. The carpets are stained and burnt, Very Old stained mattresses, no cover on them what so ever, TV is tiny, window coverings don't open, window won't stay open, no toiletries, no kettle, no coffee, you can't fit a normal sized person in the bathroom, Yet this fact it NOT mentioned anywhere, its stained and gross too. The only good thing about this property is the location. Google reviews are very different from expedia reviews, a lot of bed bug complaints too. Do not stay here

Disappointing.

Room grubby stains on walls pillows stained lift dirty damp smell in room. Unable to open blind or window. Bed uncomfortable left with back pain. Shower dirty foul smelling unable to use. Staff indifferent. On the plus side location good lots of places to eat lots of pubs and shops. Walking distance to popular attractions if you are up for walking mile or two or Paddington st half a mile.

I would never, EVER stay in this hotel again. What an absolute joke. “Deluxe”? Please. That word implies luxury and quality — this place is the total opposite. From the moment I arrived, the staff looked lost and uninterested. After checking in, I found a broken toilet seat, an old, uncomfortable mattress with worn-out sheets, no towels or toiletries, and a room that hadn’t seen a proper clean in ages. I asked to speak to the manager and went out for a walk. When I came back, my room door was wide open. At first, I thought I’d left it that way — until the manager turned up and casually said, “He is fixing toilet.” Leaving a guest’s room unlocked with their belongings inside? Totally unacceptable. When I raised my concerns again, the manager actually told me, “Guests make the rooms dirty.” Clearly, they don’t care. I was eventually moved — to a room just as bad. This one had a toilet partly wedged under the sink, barely enough space to get to the shower, and a fixed showerhead spraying either your face or the back of your head. Several plug sockets were also damaged. This hotel is filthy, cramped, and horribly run. It needs a full renovation and staff who actually care. Avoid at all costs.

The room wasnt clean. The carpet was dirty. The bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. The sink and shower didnt drain property. There were no towels in the room but the staff were lovely and gave me some on request. No hairdryer or kettle in the room.

I’ll start with the positive. The two young guys on reception were very polite, respectful and helpful. That is unfortunately where the positives end. It’s incredibly shabby & run down. The single room was like a prison cell. Tiny, drab and no light through a tiny window high up a wall facing a vestibule not outside. Dirty bathroom, which the receptionist did organise another clean. Towels & hairdresser on request. Lights so bright it was like being in a solarium. Scuffs all over the walls, springy bed, dank furniture. Paper thin walls so you can hear every thump, cough, bang, door etc. excruciating. Apart from the lovely staff. Avoid. Oh, the area is great though and right next to the station!

There is a lot that could be done to make the stay more enjoyable. While the location was excellent and the staff friendly, the space is not very clean and there is a strong odour on the property. I saw small ants (or bugs of some kind - not bed bugs) in my room, and the walls and flooring were very well worn. An upgrade in paint, linen, and towels would be an easy and more affordable way to enhance the environment. If you are a larger, taller, or disabled person it is not accessible. The washroom is incredibly small, and you cannot sit on the toilet without hitting the sink. There is no way someone in a wheel chair or is plus size could comfortably use the facilities; if at all. I found the cost affordable for the area, though improvements are definitely needed before I would book again.

Not very good. Booked a deluxe double and sorry to say it was disgusting. Nothing deluxe about it. Dirty, tired and tiny. No tea coffee facilities. Moved to another room and no hot water. Moved again which was a lot better but the hotel is not clean or hygienic. For the price you pay it’s just not worth it. I come a lot on business here but will try and avoid this hotel

Paid for 3 nights and stayed for one. The pictures are incredibly deceptive. The room wreaked of rubbing alcohol and mold which caused headaches and nausea. We kept the window open and it still didn’t help. The shower didn’t drain, the walls had smashed bugs on it, it was so small we couldn’t walk around our bed, there was a hole in the wall that was covered by the headboard. The small tv that was the size of a laptop screen didn’t work. Also didn’t come with any amenities. Staff was rude to incoming guests. Do not stay here. The only positive to this place is location. We ended up going to another hotel further away. Save yourself time and money and book a different hotel
