After a month in New Zealand, this was the best hotel experience we have had. Rooms very comfortable, well equipped and clean. Fantastic restaurant and lovely bar area meant the hotel offered a comprehensive service. Staff were fantastic and could not have been more helpful.

As always the staff and room were fabulous. The corridor on floor 3 had a weird smell and the door to our room rattled every time someone else opened their door which was annoying but, given that the bed was super comfy, we slept like logs and so the door did not disturb our sleep.

The room was spotless, the service was exceptional. The staff did a great job from: holding our bags until we checked in, to making the checkin process very easy, the room was clean, and everyone made you feel welcome. Plus, this hotel was located very close to the dock where our cruise ship ported which was an added bonus. Our trip to Auckland was that much better due to this hotel. When we come back, I would definately stay at MSocial!!

This hotel exceeded my already high expectations, which were shaped by some outstanding reviews. The location is fantastic-right on the bay and within easy walking distance of everything. The rooms were immaculately clean. Breakfast was excellent; the frittatas and made-to-order omelets were especially delicious. A huge shout-out to Vijaya (restaurant) plus Vy and Vince at reception, for their exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Overall, highly recommended!

The M Social was exceptionally well located across from the ferry terminals and all the waterfront restaurants and stores. Our room had a brilliant view of the harbor, the room was spotless and the staff super helpful. We will stay here again on our next trip to Auckland.
