Lovely room, well laid out with clean facilities. The staff, especially Tilly, couldn’t have been nicer, really made the effort to make you feel special. Central to all London has to offer. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel and room was clean. Staff were nice and tried to be helpful. Biggest note about this hotel is that we booked a queen room. When we got into our room it was a double. Apparently they don’t have queen beds as stated in the Expedia room details. We stayed here 3 days before and after another part of our trip. The front desk staff and manager after the first part of our stay re the size of bed made it sound like they were going to do something when returned at the end of our trip. We got a slightly smaller room with no tub and still a double bed. We may have considered upgrading had they offered that to us but they did not. On a main street and street noise can be quite loud and we were on the 5th and then 4th floors. Location is great but there is no room out front for hotel drop off or pickup.

On arrival the front desk staff were welcoming and really helpful. I stayed for 1 night with my little boy, the location was perfect for our itinerary. The bed was very comfortable indeed! We didn’t have breakfast inc however I didn’t want to mark it down on the review given we didn’t have it. Would definitely stay again :)
