Not so peaceful or quiet

Let me begin by saying that ALL the staff was friendly and welcoming. When I arrived, I was asked which floor I wanted to stay in. I said the quietest one. I was then given a room on the 3rd floor. The issues were the following: 1) 3 out of the 4 days I stayed I could not sleep due to doors being slammed (possibly the emergency exit door) repeatedly untiln 2 or 3am. 2) on the second night, I had to call the front desk to inquire about the banging and drilling going on in the room next to mine. 3) On one day, as I came off the elevator there were two discussing looking mattresses lead against one if the rooms. The mattresses were old, stained and dirty. The white mattress sheets were laying on a side. After walking by them a couple times, I went to the front desk to inform the staff. They then removed the mattress.

I liked the location. It is very convenient. I liked that housekeeping was available everyday and they did a fantastic job. I did not like the counter staff. They were rarely available. I did not like the mold in the shower tile and nothing was done to clean it or offered another room. I did not like the fact that couch was sticky and not had a derp clean in a long time. I did not like that there was a poorly patched hole in the closet door that gave a very cheap look.

The breakfast was very nice. The area was clean and well stocked. Tina was so helpful and kind. She helped start our morning off in the best way! Rooms were spacious and clean. Close to various places to eat.
