The front desk in the daytime was friendly but the graveyard shift (4:00 am) she was not as friendly but did you job okay. In our room, the bathroom tile was cracked in several places; the carpet by the elevators was worn out; the computer room was nice and there was a gym, that was a nice surprise. Well we go there again, NO.

Disappointed

This is the 3rd Comfort Inn we’ve stayed in the past 4 years and they were all the same. Beat up and worn. This one had: *No AC in the halls. *The lobby and breakfast area were always warm. Our room felt dreary and old. *The plaster and paint were chipped and marred everywhere, including the doors. *The flooring slats were chipped and some were sticking up. I tripped several times in the dark of the middle of the night. *The bathroom drain had no stopper. Be careful with your jewelry and hairpins. *The bathroom tiles were severely cracked. *There was a dry piece of spaghetti in one of the drawers. Yuk. *The only positive thing about this hotel was its location. For the price, we expected a much more comfortable stay.

Door wouldn’t completely close by itself. Refrigerator didn’t have a freezer, and was barely cool. Bed was comfortable and ac worked flawlessly. Breakfast is at 6:30, which I never got because I had to be at work early.
