Staff was very nice at the breakfast and check out … staff at check in couldn’t be bother to change my parking pass when I found the license plates number… no problem yes I can walk back out at 11 pm to put the paper in my windshield … and yes the doors didn’t open when I tried to get back in and I had to stand there until someone came outside for them open… yes I was frustrated …

The property is definitely in need of some TLC. Our room had marks all over the walls and the blackout curtains were full of holes. The room seemed cleaned but needs some maintenance…especially when rates were extremely high for the weekend we visited.

Perfect stay

We chose this hotel because my husband had to have surgery and it was close to everything that we needed. The hotel exceeded our expectations with cleanliness, the restaurant, and the hotel staff. We needed to check in early and the staff made sure we had a room ready for us. We are definitely going to be staying here for the next upcoming trip to madison!

The only negative was their pillows!!! They have square and very high pillows which were very uncomfortable. They said they had heard this a lot so hopefully they do something about it! Otherwise it was a great stay and very convenient to U Wisconsin Madison
