Perfect location

Very cute little house truly home away from home.Quiet residential neighborhood perfectly located within 20 minute or less walk to excellent restaurants (many a couple minutes walk), a shopping mall and the hospital. Sheila is a wonderful host who was easily available. easily available when wquestions.

Peace of mind and confidence

We were relocating to Madison for short term work amid a shortage in available and reasonable rental rates. Sheila's property appeared at an opportune time and we jumped on it and discovered it exceeded any expectations we had. The house is ideally situated in a wonderful and very safe neighborhood surrounded by thoughtful and welcoming neighbors and with close access to public transportation and consumer amenities and has easy and direct access downtown. The home is ideally quaint with all of the necessities one could hope for in providing a welcoming stay. The bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining and living space offer easy operational flow for a family on the go while managing additional work responsibilities. All of the appliances including laundry are wonderfully practical and fully operational and the screened-in entryway offers a nice transfer space for shoes, bikes, unloading groceries, or a welcoming space to enjoy a meal. I highly recommend Sheila's home to anyone visiting Madison and we would eagerly stay here again upon further visits! Thank you!!
