What a sad stay. The “dog area “ was a very slanted hill with no dog baggies. The room was in terrible repair, bathtub all ripped up, smoking stains all over the in room phones. Guests across the hall could be heard screaming obscenities at each other and when reported the staff said they warned them. Upon taking the dogs out in the morning the front attendant rushed up to us and demanded “checking out “! I responded no we weren’t ready. It was unsafe, inhospitable, and just a very bad experience.

Room was super run down and dirty, food crusted on microwave and surfaces, crud on walls in shower, shower curtain shredded/threadbear/huge holes. Hair and crud on the floor. Staff was rude. I stayed here a year ago and it was much better back idk what happened. The AC unit did not work at all. The land lady/worker came to my window and yelled at me for burning a candle (totally safely) Why she was outside looking in my window idk but i kept my curtains closed after that. Rough area, people sitting in their car outside my window smoking weed and drinking for hours. Another guest left a note on my car with his number etc. Generally creepy environment. Would not recommend for solo femme travellers.

The overnight staff great. The attitude of the evening staff needs improvement. Just know the owner is purely black and white and strictly about money. You can be that way when your rate undercut other hotels in the area.

The hall and our rooms stunk of cigarette smoke. We had to leave and book another hotel. The management would only refund 1 of our 2 booked nights, so we lost almost $300.

Bedspread had burn marks (non-smoking room). Bedsheets had stains. Chair in room had discoloration and stained cushion. General unclean feeling. Finally, super-thin walls; could easily hear snoring and conversations from adjacent rooms.

the dial on the AC unit is broken so only had one setting. bed AND pillows are rock solid. dresser had been basically taken apart. missing 75% of the drawers. there was an open bar of soap and shampoo in the shower and mold in the caulk lining by the tub spout.
