Very mediocre

We typically stay at the Hilton (a few mins walk from the fairfield inn) but it was cheaper to stay here so we thought why not. It wasn’t bad, but definitely a down grade from the Hilton. There was no microwave in our room, fridge kept things at room temperature, and you had to flush the toiled a few times in order for it to flush properly. Coffee was good in the morning, breakfast was nothing special. The rooms looks and feel a bit outdated in comparison to the Hilton. But it was a room with an okay bed and it did the job for our trip, but my boyfriend and I agreed that moving forward we’ll be booking a room at the Hilton in Middleton.

Great property but check in awful

The property was fantastic, but checking in was quite a mess. It was two hours past check in time and guests/luggage were waiting in the lobby for the hotel rooms to be cleaned so that we could all check in and get to a concert taking place at the university. Hotel guests were lined up in the lobby to use the two restrooms to change and get ready in because we didn’t want to be late for the concert. Really put a damper and stress to start what should have been a great evening.
