Confusing your parking is WEIRD! Your front desk person TOTALLY confused us! Took a left went to outside garage HAD NOOOO IDEA that you park there & walk BACK!! Took us about 15-20min AFTER we stopped someone what to do- & he gave us a card which was more confusing when went back in CONFUSED he said well i shouldn't have given that to you! OMG CONFUSING!

Everyone was really friendly and professional. The hotel is your stylish, and in some ways over the top, but also kinda fun - it’s an old paint factory and they don’t let you forget that with the decor. Really convenient if you’re seeing a show at the Sylvee.
