We walked in a side door and the first thing I smelled was dog pee. The room and bathroom were dirty. Only thing that was clean were the beds. The male front desk staff at night and in the morning were unfriendly like they didn't want to be at the job. I would never stay there again.

Overall the stay was great! We did have to ask for shampoo and conditioner at the counter because there wasn't any in the room, and the tub was quite dirty. The pool was very nice though!
