Check in was quick and easy. Room was set at 85* when we arrived but some adjustments and opening the window a crack remedied the situation. Our room was spacious. Wished we could have stayed longer.

You would think with how well this property was maintained with an above standard continental breakfast that they could afford a decent toilet paper. We rated an overall 4 only because we have had better toilet paper on hiking trails.If we stayed again we'd bring our own.

We got the suite room with hot tube. Much to our disappointment the jets did not work. Knobs were broken and falling off. We did not call the front desk, it was midnight when we tried to use it. It didn't want to load up all of our stuff and move that late at night. So we let the front desk know when we checked out. The guy said he would let the mgr know.

The staff were mediocre....we entered with a ton of luggage and the front desk clerk could have cared less about helping us with a cart, just said "they're over there" and watched us fumble through the lobby....the elevator, work out room and main lobby were somewhat unkept and dirty. The 3rd floor smelled like italian cooking....our room's heat was not working and the only saving grace was a new desk clerk that came up to investigate and gave us a new room across the hall. He was the highlight! I wouldn't choose to stay at this property again if I had other options.

Was on the road and had to stop due to a weather delay. Made the reservation on Expedia and saw the first few comments/reviews were good. My experience is similar to some other negative ones I saw later. When we arrived the man at the counter wasn’t rude, but not welcoming either. When we got to the room I noticed a little dirt, pushed up against the bed frame and baseboards (like it was swifter cleaned not sucked up). Started to unpack and went to the restroom and lifted the toilet seat and it was barely attached (there was also a brown smudge across the back of the seat). Wondering how if it was cleaned no one noticed? I did call the front desk and he told me to come down. Gave me another room but no apology or much to say. I asked at check-in if anyone delivered food to the hotel, and there was a pause, I said I noticed a pub nearby and he said that was about our only option. A couple hours later in the 2nd room after snacking instead, my husband shows me a sign with a QR code to order food nearby! The original room had a large tv, the 2nd room had a much smaller tv and the Dish box was hanging from a cord underneath. The sofa and chairs had stains. The laminate floor in the bathroom was coming up and other sections felt loose. The mattress had a large indentation from wear. Also other furniture in the hallway looked old and stained. Lots of wear and tear - could use a renovation. The price for this stay was way more than the quality and cleanliness.
