About this property

A home by the beach

Firstly, this studio has no shower or bath. It used to be our office. There is a toilet and handbasin. Some of our guests had a shower in Revo Fitness or in Peninsula Aquatic Recreation Centre, the pricing is on their website.

It is inside a secured complex. A fob is provided for you to enter the complex, either through the main door or the parking lot. 

It is on the first level (the top level) by the stairs.

There is an open space 4.0m*5.1m for living and sleeping. There is a queen sized bed, a sofa bed and a futon mat, clothes rack and air cooler.

The kitchenette has a portable oven and a portable induction cooktop. It is for light meal cooking only. 

A microwave and mini fridge are provided. 

There is a laundromat in the complex, it's operated with coins, $3 for washing and $3 for drying. 

Beach is a few minutes walk away. Many shops and restaurants are within a short walking distance. Kmart Frankston is 900 metres away, the Bayside shopping mall is just across the road from Kmart.
