Hello, our reception closes at 6pm and after-hours check-in are a simple process to pick-up keys from our key safe box. We apologise that this way to check-in didn't suit to you. Regarding the apartment, we would send our cleaning team back to the apartment if you would address your complain however, we haven't received any request.
