This is an honest review, and I wish I read other reviews before my stay! The hotel building from the exterior and lobby is quite fancy, but it's very much in need of a full refurbishment! No fly screens in the windows, I arrived to find windows opened, behind the blinds, and a view of the courtyard so ugly, that I chose to keep the drapes closed! The hotel lobby, room and even the bed sheets smelled of cigarette smoke! This was extremely off-putting. There was a lot of noise overnight, unsure if it was other guests using the spa or split system? I just wanted a night away, and the next morning I couldn't check out fast enough, I didn't even want to shower before leaving, and really didn't feel comfortable using the spa. I was craving me-time, this turned out to be a waste.

Room was basic, but did the job. Restaurant was basic, but meal was nice and well priced. Lift and hallways were dirty. On checking out staff member wouldn't issue a receipt. He said he needed to prepare it and he would email it in 15 minutes. Six hours later it still hasn't arrived.

The hotel was dated and the room facilities were very tired - chipped tables, worn carpet, etc. The fitted sheet on the bed didn't cover the whole mattress. Expensive for the quality of the room

Very unimpressed with this place. Very large cockroach in the toilet bowl , carpet covered in stains, spa floor was dirty and furniture was particularly old and tired would never stay here again.
