Citadines is within good distance from the tram. easily accessible by taking the tram and getting to it from the train station. The staff were nice and friendly, greeted us upon arrival and helped us out when we had some questions. Would stay here again for future trips to Melbourne.

The reception staff were amazing! The room was great and clean. The only issue I had was the room deodoriser; it was too overpowering and gave me a headache. It had faded by the tine I returned on the second night of my stay and I asked for no housekeeping so they didn't revamp the deoderiserand my second night was much more comfortable. Not everyone likes deodoriser and some have sensitive sense of smell. Apart from that, great location, great staff and excellent venue.

Only disappointment was we stayed 2 nights and they didn’t service room. Apart from that great staff, pool lovely and clean with sauna and good gym. Trams at front door and great location. Came to Melbourne on train into southern cross and got tram up Bourke street basically to the front door
