Check in was slow, only one person at Reception. Booked a 2 bed apartment and one of the rooms was locked. Was waiting for someone to come and unlock it but no one came before we had to go out, so we were all trying to get ready in the one small bedroom. Staff were lovely. There were some things in the room that could be improved like dirty bins, a plug for the sink. The floor was a bit dirty and I got glass in my foot, there were some toe nail clippings on the ground too. Beds were very clean and comfortable.

The kettle was broken when we arrived tried contacting reception via phone multiple times and couldn’t get through, finally got through and was told another would be sent up, the next morning still no kettle I needed to contact reception again, plugged in the toaster to find it set off safety switch and also was not working and needed to have that also replaced, asked for more towels as we were using the pool we were given one towel and told another would be sent to our room which it was not. Cinema not working or available either. There was also an issue with the lift while we were there. Have since spoken to other family members that have stayed over a year ago and they said they encountered very similar issues in their stay.
