The hotel will claim they make sure people know about elevated noise levels on weekends but they don't. The first I knew was when they handed me earplugs along with my key card when I checked in. The club on the 1st floor is insanely loud. Earplugs are useless - you can feel the vibrations through the bed. And the ridiculous volume continued through to 5am. It shouldn't be legal to charge people for rooms against that kind of disturbance.

It is in a prime location and the staff were kind and curteous. I think there is discrepency in the location discription that it's not one night club but two and the operation hours aren't clearly advertised but not technically the hotels fault. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and even without the noise I kept waking up due to dicomfort. The walls were covered in scuff marks but otherwise the room was clean. The main issues were the lack of air circulation in the room and the vent in the bathroom was clogged with lint. The air conditioning could circulate some air but it was very stale. Alright place to stay for the price but I do think more than anything they need to sort out some better air circulation.

Excellent value for money but the noise level as mentioned is an issue. Stayed on a Thursday night and it seemed there was a Tv in the bar under the room that kept playing soccer repeats loud from 3am until 9am. Otherwise great value.

Couldn’t fault staff or the accommodation. It was simply the night club. We had no idea until we were advised on check in. Loud vibrating music until 5am Saturday and Sunday nights (public holiday eve). We would stay again but only Monday to Friday.

No hot water went an told the front deck they knew and said there's not much they can do about it and they dont tell you there is a night club there until you book in would stay there again and wouldnt recommend it pretty disappointing

We stayed two nights over a weekend, and were not prepared for the noise from the in-hotel club. The club was on the 1st floor, but the sound and bass from the 5th floor was still palpable way beyond 3am. Although this is mentioned briefly on the website, it cannot be overstated how loud/disturbing it is. The rooms were rather aged with fraying wood and stained showers, and the bedding was heavily stained if you lifted off the covering sheet. Would not return.
