This property is literally a student accommodation. The place was clean overall, however the furniture carpets and walls have stains and cuff marks. The sofas provided had liquid stains overall and we didn't feel like sitting on them. The beds were just springs and nothing else. Bathrooms were clean though.

Check-in process was cumbersome. Said the reception closed at 2 and I’d need to check in before that. Then told I couldn’t check in early. So the only check in time is 2pm on the dot. It’s 2025.
