Our TV stopped working halfway through our stay, and so we packe dup and moved rooms, and then the TV in the next room didn't work straightaway either. The shower drain in the new room was blocked and caused water to back up and spill over the rest of the bathroom floor. Although this was apparently fixed by maintenance, it continued to happen the next night. Wasn't very impressed when it was suggested that I could go down to the hotel gym and use once of those showers as an alternative. I requested the key to my old room and used that shower on one of my nights. And to top it all off, I got double-charged for my room by their booking system, so paying two charges of over $1,000 onto my credit card. You need to lift your game guys. Will definitely stay somewhere else next time - not worth the hassle.
