Beautiful room - spotless and very comfy bed . Needs more coffee pods and information booklet in room for the technology and instructions on how things work and how to order food - plus places to go to eat. Parking an issue for older persons and walking to restaurants. The Olive Grove nearby also five stars . The staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful . Wonderful hotel 🥰❤️ thank you

I had booked Studio King and Hyatt Staff gave me keys to a standard room. Qhen i had questioned this with receptionist they had said Expedia falsely advertise the rooms and what i had paid for was incorrect. I eventually got the room advertised on Expedia and pre paid. Please ensure this is rectified and contact the Hyatt house Staff.

Great place. Very friendly staff. Proper breakfast. Nice new room. Good bed. Would stay again! The only challenge is parking. Parking on the street is complicated. Fortunately there are a few parking garages closeby but still bit of a hassle.
