The rooms are quite dated, particularly the bathroom which had stains all over the counter tops (which I dont think matches the $600 a night plus price tag) and it did not have the right amount of cups, plates, glasses, towels, pillows etc for the number of guests it was advertised it could accommodate. So found that we had to contact housekeeping or reception to request what should have already been provided. Had stayed here several years ago - but does not look like any updates have been done since then. We required space for 6 people but I think you could probably do better elsewhere sadly.

The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are dated but it was clean and comfortable. The location makes it a perfect place to stay close to southbank and the cbd.

Previous guests rubbish left in bathroom, shower was dirty and had hair on the tiles. Dirty window ledges, windows and also mirrors, handprints all over cabinetry. Couldn't confirm if parking would be available, despite travelling almost 3hrs and aren't able to reserve parking at time of booking, which is $35 to park so really taking a chance if driving in. Quite disappointing considering the price charged and being in Melbourne City. Have stayed in 3 star hotels that are much cleaner

Room was in average condition. The ceiling in the bathroom was significantly cracked and at one point water was dripping down into the bath. Amentities like body lotion and tissues were empty on arrival. Breakfast was nice.

Convenient location and walking distances to restaurants and shops. However, the hotel rooms are outdated. For the price per night the room was not worth it. Shower and toilet area very outdated with it all in one and just an old shower curtain stopping it from spraying over the toilet. Beds were hard. It was clean but due to it being a little run down it makes it look not great. Hotel parking was easy but was extra. The breakfast was good with hot and cold options and modern sitting area.
