More or less what you'd expect from a motel room, apart from a toilet that offered 0 privacy and was arm's length to the only sink. And auto check out told me I was owned a refund and directed me to the human at reception. Who dutifully informed me the machine was wrong. One time stay, I think.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, but I noticed that the customer service could use a little improvement. It seemed like the receptionist wasn't really engaged or enthusiastic about their job. Also, I was surprised to find extra charges for alcohol that I wasn’t made aware of, and I did not order because I don't drink alcohol. I called them, they told me it was a mistake, and they will refund the money, but nothing has happened so far. Overall, it was a great experience, and I hope my feedback helps!

The location was great, close to Melbourne central and Victoria Market. The room was a little restricted in size but was okay for a nights stay. Room facilities weren’t that great - had a TV but you had to stream from your phone and sometime it wouldn’t work.

Liked: The property was only 1 street away from melbourne central. The rooms were clean and spacious. A little play area for kids. The refillable sparkling water in the reception was definitely a plus. Breakfast was simple but enough selections. the service was top notch, every employee that walk past us said hello. Dislike: No pool, the kids would have loved to jump in the pool to do a few laps
