I travelled with My Elderly Parent. Checking in was a breeze. At Check in I was offered to drive around and enter the side door where the lift was located to take My Parents up to our room, with ease. I had 3 cases and an over night bag and suits bag. I was told to just leave everything at reception. He (the gentleman who checked me in )would take care of them. I drove to the side door, got my parent to our room and all our cases were in our room.. I cannot tell you how ,unchecked that helped me. Friendly staff all round. We stayed for 2 nights. I would recommend Mucure Packenham to Everyone.

The Mercure had everything needed for an overnight stay. We dined next door at the restaurant. Lots of food options very close by. Gumbya World is only 18mins away. Room amenities were great. Clean, modern, and spacious. We are a family of four and had plenty of room. The hotel overall is beautiful on the inside. There is a coffee machine in the foyer for those who like coffee.
This hotel is great, we will definitely stay here again, next time for a longer stay.
