This is a reliable good quality hotel in the Melbourne CBD. We had a very spacious room on the 19th floor with extensive views over Southbank and the Yarra River and even as far as Port Phillip Bay. Everythin worked well. During our stay we managed to use the on-site pool and sauna. We also had breakfast included and were very happy with the variety and service. The omelet station was particularly good. Staff were helpful and despite wintry weather outside, the hotels rooms and the public areas were comfortable and warm. We also enjoyed the ground floor bar.

It's an older property and a bit daggy but it was clean and everything was functional and comfortable. Would stay here again. Great location.
