Great location and close to transport to get around Melbourne, great customer service, the rooms just need an upgrade. Hole on our carpet, broken ironing board, dead batteries in TV remote and dining room table chairs really need to be replaced as leather was cracked and unsittable. Beds were comfy and enough space for 4 people.

Takd out your own rubbish or you are charged an additional $350.00. Mould in bathroom which is outdated and has no grab rails. Aircon didn't work properly. Room amenities insufficient for the number of guests and number of booked days. Dining chairs have cracked coverings. Knife so blunt it would not cut bread. Staff said no replacement possible. All in all, not great.

My colleague and I booked a room with 2 beds as we did not want to sleep together. The room had 2 single beds arranged as 1 queen bed. I was clear with my request and assured 2 queen beds. Very disappointed. Transparency from the hotel would have been appreciated. Will not stay with this brand hotel again. Other than the bed issue, the hotel was fine. We checked in late and didn't really notice till the next morning,but our bathroom smelt like the whole hotel had gathered in there to smoke. I bought a can of Glen 20 to clear the smell. Like walking into a bar in the 80's
