Overall, a pleasant stay for a brief work stay. Convenient location within walking distance of conference location at Meat Market in North Melbourne. Rooms were comfortable and equipped as you would expect. Staff were helpful and friendly. The only issue being an accidental double charge for buffet breakfast, which staff were happy to rectify but which added time to the check-out process. Thankfully we weren't in a hurry that morning.

Bed comfy, room well appointed, housekeeping staff excellent and helpful. The meal we had in the restaurant was very good but the room service meal was a disappointment. Great location, handy to transport and many destinations walkable.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent. Room was very clean. Appreciated that there was a gym. Only dislike is closing of doors in other rooms was very loud. Not sure if that is the door itself or the other guests pulling the doors closed hard. We would stay here again when coming back to Melbourne.
