We were quite surprised with the 1 bed apartment. It was spacious, clean, quiet and it had everything we needed. Even had an internal Washing machine. The location was brilliant. Right in the centre of cbd . We heard very little traffic noises. The checkin staff were lovely to deal with. Building secure. Highly recommend and we look forward to returning next time we are in Melbourne.

Thoroughly enjoyed being in Melbourne city centre. The apartment is very comfortable. The bathroom shower recess needs a good scrub. Had an issue with the check in app. Can be tricky if it's after hours & your app isnt down loading as the reception is inattended. There is however, a phone number.

Staff were lovely and check in was super easy. Location was fantastic. Apartment was roomy and comfortable but getting a little tired. Shower was hot and good water pressure. There was dust on the dining chairs and the shower grout while clean was definitely showing its age but this wasn’t a big deal. I would definitely stay there again next time I’m in Melbourne

Location location Stay here a couple of times during the last few years but the rooms are getting a little tired. But the room has 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms! Fantastic for travelling with older adults.

Good location!

A great place with plenty of room, clean and nice linens! The staff were lovely, and met our needs when required. A bigger smart tv could be a needed update, and the curtains could be improved on. But convenient location, and everything you need.
