Heritage property with a mid century modern twist centrally located between Clifton Hill and Collingwood. This spacious and stylish place is perfect for group trips and families. The property has it’s own private backyard with enough space to park a car as well as to dine and relax. Walkable to lots of great restaurants and pubs as well as the life style premise of Fitzroy and Collingwood.

Please note: The property is a heritage listed victorian property which we converted to a modern standard. It is on a busy intersection between Alexandra Parade and Wellington St between Collingwood and Fitzroy. There will be some traffic noise on the outside of the property. However as we have sound proofed windows, noise is barely noticeable in the property. Rooms are upstairs via an easy flight of steps. There is a large living room connected to a kitchen and bathroom which leads outside to the backyard. There is also plenty of parking outside the property with unlimited parking in the front and 4 hour parking on the side streets.

Overall property was quite good. Directions as to approaching parking could have been clearer as the turn into the laneways should have been from Wellington street Clifton Hill end as very tight for our SUV from Alexander Parade. A few more pieces of cutlery is required as really only enough forks for four people. Also larges plates in drawer were wet so we had to wipe them before use. More than one tea towel would have been handy too. Nothing really to complain about, just a bit of tweaking required.Overall a pleasant experience and we would stay again. Thanks Alan.
