Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately a very unpleasant experience. We were booked for one night, but that was more than enough. Upon entering the bathroom, we immediately noticed that the bathtub appeared clogged. Even worse, it was clear that someone had vomited in there previously — a horrifying sight to be met with after a long journey. The situation escalated when I tried to turn on the shower. Instead of clean water, the pipes pushed out remnants of the vomit, making it clear that the drainage system was completely blocked. The shower curtain was also visibly dirty and clearly had not been cleaned between guests. It was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable for any hospitality standard. Due to the condition of the bathroom, we were unable to use the facilities at all. This made our short stay both uncomfortable and stressful. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the hygiene and plumbing issues immediately.

Springhill suites oversold the property, and when we went to check in we were told they have no room for us.. then directed us to a days inn.. very disappointed with Marriott… not acceptable.. we were in town for a soccer tournament and were told by several others the same thing happened to them..
