We faced some challenges such as door not closing behind us. And in our busyness, the door was unlocked during the night , forgetting it did self lock. The safe was clumsy to lick. We were told yes it’s broken but can be locked a particular unusual way. Julie and others at Reception were very helpful, prompt accommodating and assisted us at all times. Greatful for the reception staff

The overall complex was good but the apartment was in need of a freshening up. The light in the bedroom didn’t work and the AC was temperamental and not easy to use. Amenities provided were very basic and somewhat limited. Apart from that, everything else was fine.

Reception was very nice and checkin easy. Apartment was clean and tidy had everything we needed with small children through to teenagers. The pool area was clean and tidy and was a very decent size. We have stayed at the phoenician three times before. We were in the same apartment in 2023 and thought it needed some renovation. Back in the same room this stay and the condition of the apartment has deteriorated even more. The cleanness wasn't up to it either. I wonder if this apartment was allocated to us because it booked through a deal but if I booked it myself direct I would have not been happy. Disappointed with this stay. Great location and facilities but rooms really should be upkept.

The Phoenician is centrally located in Broadbeach - very close to restaurants, transport, shopping centre and a short stroll to the beach. The staff are great and easy to deal with.

Very friendly staff, safe and secure especially after hours. The apartment was clean and well fitted out with excellent air-conditioning and plenty of room on the balcony. We were within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants a supermarket and the beach. A 2 minute walk to the tram and 600m from the Casino.
