An absolute joy! Fantastic experience. We were concerned about bringing a toddler and disrupting other guest's stay but the hosts had plenty of books and things to keep her happy. Wonderful food! 10/10

This is an excellent B&B. Owners and staff are all so very charming and accomodating. Whimsical, historical, comfortable place to stay. Evening wine and morning breakfast were done expertly. Be aware the third floor rooms are small, which put off another reviewer, however we were aware going in. Best B&B we've ever visited.

Wonderful hospitality at this bed and breakfast! We loved our spacious room, the bocce ball court and the delicious breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for visiting the Monterey Bay Aquarium.

Magical Stay in Monterey

Amazing stay in a perfect location, a 3-minute walk to Cannery Row, wonderful hosts who pay attention to all the details, Warm welcoming with wine and appetizers, and delicious homemade breakfast. The room was cozy and comfortable. The decor and grounds of the Jabberwock Inn are magical especially if you're a fan of Wonderland.

The hosts did everything they could to make us feel right at home and we needed the relaxation we found here. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel was super walkable with free parking for our rental that we didn't need here. I could not ask for a better stay and we will stay here anytime in Monterey.

We have stayed at the Inn several times over the years. Greeted at door and given tour of house. Beautiful grounds. Breakfast was delicious and beverages were provided 24 hours. Plus homebaked goods out also. Within walking distance of restaurants for dinner.

This bed and breakfast was absolutely fantastic. For my first time experiencing a bed in breakfast I no longer want to do high end hotels that cost massive amounts of money. Although, it is nice to have extremely modern amenities, the level of individual care to each guest makes a world of difference. The property is Alice in Wonderland themed. It is walking distance to everything in Monterey. Cannery row, the aquarium, and many markets. The breakfast they served was delicious and very filling. Everything homemade and nothing frozen. I would definitely recommend staying here.
