First room they gave us, dirty bed. The bed was made but the sheets were dirty and used. They moved us to another room, way better but empty shampoo and body wash. Alex at the front desk handled it professionally. Also, Denis the server at the Lantern room on the 4th floor was great!

Good stay but I wish I got that rude staff’s name

The stay was good. A lot of amenities comes with the price you pay including 2 hour electric bike ride per day u stay w them, smores for the firepit, free wine card available at their lobby, access to fitness center and access to the beach. We booked the night before the weekend we were gonna stay so the price we paid was a bit pricey, double of what you pay if you book earlier. It was a family trip so we didnt enjoy all of the amenities and it was also cold and rainy. Towards the end of our stay, after we checked out we decided to visit the beach and thought we can keep our car parked there since the lot was empty and we still have our parking pass and hey we paid double the price and wasnt able to use all amenities why not take advantage of that pass atleast before we head back to our home 4 hours away. After visiting the beach we have one of their staff about to approach us in a very angry matter he was saying something we ddnt understand because we were already driving away but we can tell he was visibly angry and about to confront us probably from parking in their lot and using their access to the beach. I am very upset about this because we had a great stay with them until this staff assumed we had no right to be there. He didnt even try to ask us questions if we were staying there, he just want to come at us already angry for being there. We were with 3 kids ages 2,6 and 10 and they were very confused why that staff was mad at us after enjoying the beach.

Beach lovers dream

We went for my sons 44 birthday. As always I loved it. Being right on the beach is rare and so nice. Slept like a baby with the crashing waves. My son and his fiance nit so much. They loved the location but live in the quiet country. They also work full time and live being home at this point in their own bed. I have stayed here several times and I highly recommend this hotel.

The lobby was beautiful and thoughtfully designed. If you want an ocean view from your room, avoid staying on the first floor.

Great location, Service not so great!

Hotel was very nice, lobby, rooms, right on the beach!! what made our stay not so nice: Felt like we were an inconvenience to staff when we were serviced. From front desk, to restaurant. Parking fee of $51 was not shared until check out, both of our rooms were charged for 3 nights and we only had one car. It would of been nice if they shared and asked if we had a car and tell us about the fee at checkin. There are no other parking options, and we had to park there, a heads up would of been helpful.

Hubby’s Birthday Surprise

It was so relaxing hearing the waves….. BEAUTIFUL view day or night! Front desk was AMAZING only down fall 45.00 for parking and no room service but we will be back!!

Do not stay in room 138 up above is the bar and lobby for hours you can hear chair scooting on the floor. Things being dropped on the ground, slamming and banging. It went on until after midnight and then first thing in the morning around 5 AM started again
