The staff wasn’t very welcoming. The breakfast waiter was rude to my dad because he couldn’t speak English. The waiter even confirmed twice that we stayed there and breakfast was included in the meal. The elevator was dirty, and the facility was relatively old. I believe there are many other options for the price in the same area. Not recommended.

We stayed at the Hyatt for 3 days and 2 nights and it was a great option. The room was clean, spacious and the hotel had a ton of amenities including two pools and hot tubs, a full gym sauna/spa building, bocce ball, life size chess board and several hangout areas with fire pits. Staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful and offered complimentary shuttle to the airport- we appreciate that! The reason why we did not give this hotel a 5 star was due to two specific reasons: 1. There was a dead mouse/rat that was in plain sight for most of our stay on the road en route to our room. It was not cleaned up until the day we checked out. This made it a bit unsettling and impacted our perspective on overall cleanliness and maintenance of the building. 2. We were charged a resort fee which we were unaware of until checking in. This was not advertised in both the Expedia app as well as the pricing listed. So we ended up paying more than we anticipated and it was further away from the wedding venue we attended (requiring us to uber back and forth).

Property was beautiful. Very limited restaurant choices . We ended up ordering Door Dash. They need a restaurant with a more diverse menu. Knuckles was great.

The room was nice but didnt have a lot of utilities to use very bare bones stuff. There was little to no bathroom counter space especially for 2 people. The shower was inconvenient and got water everywhere. The ammenties were way to expensive for what they were offering. Tons of fees and charges per night that were expensiveand was charged day of check in. Staff was friendly. I appericate the no contact check out. Overall wasnt worth the money I spent for 3 nights.
